How to use the site to book a hotel room?

Make sure you're on hotels and flights if you want to book both at the same time or just hotels if you're happy you have flights already. *It's advisable to book flights first because the hotels are there all the times but the planes only fly out on certain days and times!

Booking your flight needs you to decide what airport you want to fly from. For most people they want to fly from the nearest one, so start typing the name of the ones you normally fly from in. As you start typing it'll try to work out where you want and offer you drop down choices, if you don't see the one you want keep on typing, or check for spelling mistakes. It found Manchester by the time I'd typed Manch which was pretty easy.
Then put in the destination airport or city. Don't worry if you don't know where the nearest airport to where you want to go is, put in the place you want to go to. For instance puting in Gran Canaria gives me the right airport choice.

The put in the dates you want to depart and come back on. It'll calculate the number of nights all by itself!
Then number of rooms, number of adults, children need to be added in.

Then hit search. It'll bring up their logo who'll juggle to entertain you as he searches for hotel deals and flights.

Now it's bought me up some flight and hotel options but it's also telling me that there is a cheaper price available on a different day!

So if you're flexible about going on another day - in this case the very next day to the one I originally picked then you can bag yourself even more of a bargain! How clever is that?!

They tell you the flight details first, pointing out if flights are overnight but also showing the flight times too, and what class the seats and the company and flight number.
Once you've decided which ones you want then you simply corfirm the flight and go on to book the hotel.

When you see the list of hotels they can then be sorted by cheapest - it's in the drop down option list

If you click for more information on the hotel then you will see a gallery of images, user reviews, list of facilities and other useful info about the place enabling you to see what it's really like and whether its suitable for your holiday.

You also get the option of adding in essentials - if you want a bar or swimming pool or want to splash out a bit on a higher level of accomadation. The process is designed to help you find a bargain holiday though!
